You get two private rooms all to yourself:  
Bedroom comes with a bed, wardrobe, shelves, and a sink with a small mirror. Living room with a nice view of the city, including the Euromast! You will have have your own kitchen and access to a balcony.

What’s Shared?  
You only share the bathroom and toilet with two other female tenants.

Utilities & Costs
- All utilities included
- Just a one-time water payment 150€
- Deposit 1390€

Great Location  
- 15 min by tram to Rotterdam Central
- 11 min by bike to the city center
- Supermarket 5 min walk
Easy to get around, whether by public transport or bike.
