About the place

My bedroom is available starting from the 1st of January to the 1st of February, with possibility of extension (ask for more details). You will be living in a 150m2 apartment right beside the Willemsbrug bridge, it is 2 stops on the 32 bus or a 15min walk to Blaak. You would be living with 2 other lovely people (english speaking), 1 male and 1 female, both in their early 20s studying at the Willem de Kooning Academie. There is three bedrooms, a spacious kitchen/living room, a bathroom with a toilet,  shower and washing machine and another toilet located at the front of the house. There is also a spacious private terrace upstairs. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and convection cooker. I have to disclose that there is a bit of black mould in the house, which we are waiting for the landlord to fix, if you want to see photos/discuss this further don't be afraid to ask! I can do viewings both in person and online. You can move in as soon as the 21st of January!
