About the place

Hi, I am temporarily renting out a student room in Rotterdam (Kralingen). The room is spacious, approximately 16m², and has excisting wardrobes.

You will share the house with two housemates who are in the final stages of their studies/beginning work.

The house has a neat kitchen with many facilities and a recently renovated bathroom (2021).

The house is a 10-minute bike ride from Erasmus University and is close to various tram and metro stations.

The house can only be occupied by students (campus contract) and is available for a maximum of 1,5 months until the 1st of June
