About the place

For rent for international students, completely furnished houseboat. The boat has 6 sleepingrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower and toillets and common kitchen.
Every room has a bed and mattress, cupboards for personal belongings and a table and chair to study. Internet is provided on the boat.

The kitchen and the common room are fully furnished, washingmachine is included.

We prefer to sign a contract for one year, but half a year is also possible. Rental period starts at 15 th august and will end 1 st august 2025.

The boat is centrally located on a quiet location. You can register at gemeente rotterdam for a bsn number etc.

we prefer international students for this houseboat.

The deposit is one month.
