About the place

I am looking for a new housmate from the start of October! 
We are sharing a big and cosy apartment with a garden, near Zuidplein.

You will share the apartment with one other housemate (me f25, working students) but I will be abroad most of the coming semester (8 weeks) for various reasons, so you will enjoy the apartment for yourself!

The room is 10m2, with view on the garden, one person bed with mattress (blanket and bed sheets also available), desk and wardrobe (the pictures are not up to date, the room is now furnished with new, more compact furniture unlike on the picture, and I have a video to share upon request).

Open to visits (and to rent) from the 2nd of October, as I am currently abroad for work.

The apartment is located in Charlois, next to Zuiderpark, with a bus stop next door and less than a 10 min walk from the subway. There is also an Aldi, Plus and Action nearby (five min walk).

The bathroom, kitchen, and living room are shared between the two rooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a new dishwasher, oven and stove. There is a vacuum cleaner, and a washing machine. Also, there is a lot of storage space available in the living room.

Because the apartment is fully furnished, it comes with a deposit.
