About the place

Dear room-seeking girls,

From July 1st until December 31st, a room will become available for sublet in our apartment on Leeuwenstraat in the city center of Rotterdam. The apartment is located in a prime location in the heart of Rotterdam: a 5-minute walk from Beurs and just behind De Meent.

The room is 13 m² and is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and desk. You share a kitchen and bathroom with two other girls. The rent is €685 per month including utilities for July and August, and €726 including utilities from September onwards.

You will be living with two other girls aged 20 who study Global Philosophy and Maritime Officer. We have no obligations, but we do enjoy cooking and chatting together from time to time. We are looking for a housemate who is in a similar stage of life.
