Furnished room for rent in one apartment in Rotterdam

Location: 11 minutes by bike and 12 minutes by public transport to Erasmus University.

The bright and cozy apartment provides you with everything you need and comes with a lot of extras. All furniture, mattresses, pillows, closets, and desks in the house are brand new and clean. A 2-person bed with storage. The spacious apartment is furnished to suit three tenants. 

Roommates: a Czech girl and a French girl in their twenties.

The kitchen offers all you need: Oven, Microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. In addition, there are many brand new items such as a lovely coffee machine, a water boiler, a sandwich iron, an ironing board, a food processor, a mixer, cutlery, mugs, plates, plastic storage containers, and canning jars. All less than a year old. The bathroom has a bath and a shower. There are 2 washing machines with a drying function. There are two fridges. Spacious and sunny balcony.

- Registration with the municipality is not a problem. 
- The area is one of the safest in Rotterdam. 
- The supermarket and the bus to the University are only a few minutes away.
- The usual hangout in the summertime, the Kralingse Bos, which is a lake and a forest, is just a few minutes away and is ideal for walking and picnicking. - There’s free parking in front of the building.

A place to feel at home, study, and enjoy. Please take into account that the apartment is situated in a building with a variety of households. Students, seniors, and families. Therefore this is not your weekly party place. 
Please note this is a place where we respect the neighbors. It is not a party place. The current tenants are looking for a clean, relaxed person. 

Once in a week the cleaner comes - cost is 15e pp.

Deposit: Will obviously be returned if there are no issues.
