About the place

For rent: room in a cozy apartment in the centre of Rotterdam at the Leeuwenstraat (near metro station Beurs).

You will rent a room of approx. 13m2 (enough space for a bed, desk and wardrobe) and share a bathroom with separate toilet and a neat kitchen.

Included in the rental price are: usage of washing machine, dryer, fridge, microwave oven and vacuum cleaner as well as internet.

Will only be rented to students registered at a Dutch University or Hogeschool.
