About the place

My room is available for subletting from March to end of july. The room is 20 m2 with a balcony. It comes furnished minus my mess/stuff. You share the kitchen, bathroom and toilet with 1 roommate. It is about a 6-minute walk to Kralingse Zoom and just as long as cycling to Erasmus. The building has a terrace and washing machines, also free parking. 
We can discuss exact dates, please only respond if you are a woman and do not smoke :)
