Hi everyone!
I’m looking for someone to take over my room in Rotterdam Zuid. If you’re searching for a cozy and well-located place, this might be perfect for you!

The room is spacious, bright, and has access to a balcony – perfect for getting some fresh air or relaxing after a long day.

📍 Location:
The apartment is located in Rotterdam Zuid, just a 10-minute walk from Slinge metro station. It’s very well connected to the city center and other parts of Rotterdam. Supermarkets, shops, and other amenities are nearby.

🏡 About the apartment:
You’ll be sharing the apartment with two friendly housemates – one from Italy and one from Brazil.
The shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
The vibe in the apartment is relaxed, clean, and respectful.

👩 Who we are looking for:

Female tenant only (requested by the current housemates).

Someone clean, responsible, and easy-going.

Ideally someone planning to stay for a longer period.

The room is available immediately for long-term rent.
