About the place

Welcome at our house! We are 3 guys looking for a new Roommate, since our current 4th roommate is leaving us :(.
We are Gijs (27), Thijs (29) and Matthijs (26) and we live in a cozy nice house, close by the Kralingse Plas, where we usually hang out, do BBQ and exercise.
We all have different schedules so, we try to make some time to cook together or go for drinks but most of the time each of us is doing their own thing, so the house tends to be a nice quiet space to chill and relax after a long day.
In the house we share a kitchen, a living room/dinning room and 2 bathrooms, all of which we clean between all of us (we will explain you our cleaning schedule once you've settled in ;) ) 
Stephan (our forth member) is planning to move out by mid November, so around the 15th of November you would be able to move in (might be earlier) 
-The rent = 560€
- Utilities = ~80€ 
-We bought a new washing machine less than a month ago, so you'll have to buy Stephan's share from him = 100€.
