About the place

The apartment is located on the 7th floor and has a beautiful view over Blaak. The entire apartment is 90m² and the room is 13m². The bathroom, toilet, and kitchen are shared with one person. All facilities are available. A dog is present every two weeks, see photo.  
Price, including utilities and taxes, €850.  
The sought tenant must be employed and at least 28 years old. The room is initially available for 6 months, with the possibility of extending it by agreement. Registration is possible.
