The rooms are located on a quiet street, yet close to shops and cosy cafés. Public transport stops almost at the doorstep, providing quick and easy access to the university or city centre.

🏡 The House & Atmosphere
The property is well-maintained and currently shared with female housemates. We are looking for someone who appreciates a peaceful and friendly household and treats the home and housemates with respect.

🛏️ Room & Facilities
You will share the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet with the other residents. Wi-Fi is available and included in the rent.

💶 Rent & Conditions
The rent is €700 per month, all-inclusive, which covers:
• Gas, water and electricity
• Wi-Fi
• Municipal taxes
• Use of furniture

A security deposit of two months’ rent applies.

👤 Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a tidy, calm student (male or female) who is seriously pursuing an MBO, HBO or university course. Proof of enrolment at an educational institution is required. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Registration with the municipality is possible.

Preference will be given to a mature and flexible person who is energy-conscious and mindful of shared facilities.
