For Rent: Student Room – Rotterdam

Are you a serious student looking for a nice, centrally located room in Rotterdam? Then this room might be perfect for you! The room is available from 5 July 2025 and ideal for a quiet student who takes their studies seriously and wants to live independently.

📍 Prime Location
The room is located on a quiet street, but with all shops and nice cafés nearby. Public transport stops practically at the door, making it easy and quick to reach the university or the city centre.

🏠 Home and Atmosphere
The house is well-maintained and all current housemates are female. We are looking for someone who feels comfortable in a calm and friendly household, and who treats the home and housemates with respect.

🛏️ Room and Facilities
You will share the other facilities (kitchen, bathroom and toilet) with housemates. Internet (wifi) is available and included in the rent.

💶 Rent and Terms
The room costs €675 per month, all-in, including:
• Gas, water and electricity
• Wifi
• Municipal taxes

A deposit of two months' rent is required.

👤 Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a neat, quiet student (m/f) who is seriously engaged in their MBO, HBO, or university studies. Proof of enrolment at an educational institution is required. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Registration with the municipality is possible.

We prefer a mature and flexible person who uses energy responsibly and is mindful of resource consumption.
