#MANDATORY
-1 person
-min 12months
-no smoking at all (inside/outside)
-female work professional aged 28-40 (employer statement and 3month's payslip are required for signing the contract)
-keep clean
-no party, keep quiet during 11pm-7am


#UNDER_MUTUAL_AGREEMENT
-pets (I don't have)
-extension of the contract (for another 12 months)
-invite friends/family come home or overnight
-once a year, my mom may possibly come to visit and stay in my room for max. 2 months. If this arrangement might be inconvenient for you, I kindly ask you to consider this before applying.
