In the Tiengemeten district, a quiet and well-maintained neighborhood just 900 meters from the Slinge metro station and a 4-minute walk from the bus stop on the Slinge, three fully furnished rooms are available for students (at university of applied sciences or higher) or working students.

Available rooms:
• Room 1: 7.50 m² – €850 per month
• Room 2: 13.5 m² – €1085 per month
• Room 3: 9.70 m² – €950 per month

All prices include heating costs (gas, water, and electricity).
Fiber optic internet (400 Mbps) will be connected starting December 4, 2025.

Upon completion, the rooms will be furnished, with new sheets, pillows, and blankets.

The house is shared with a total of six other residents and includes:
• a shared kitchen
• a shared bathroom
• two toilets
• a washing machine
• a dryer (to be installed)

Several shops are located nearby on Krabbendijkestraat, including a fish restaurant, Albert Heijn supermarket, and several Asian supermarkets.
