This room can only be rented for max 6 months.

I am renovating and then we will move in ourselves, you may suffer from noise and dust, so keep this in mind.

Your room is perfect, new and clean, there is another person living in this house.

I am looking for a decent working student, rather a PHD candidate or someone who leaves in the morning and comes home in the evening.

This room is still much cheaper than a hotel.

Kitchen is simple but fine.
