At the Pleinweg we get a large room available from 28sqm! The room is divided in two separate rooms, one of 21sqm and one of 7sqm with balcony. Perfect to separate sleeping and studying.

The apartment (suitable for 2 persons in total) exist out of 4 rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with your housemate.

The rooms wil be rented out unfurnished.

The monthly rental price is  € 700,00 a month incl. provisional costs for G/W/E.

The apartment is in the direct area of the Maastunnel so you reach the center of Rotterdam in no time. Furthermore also the shopping area Zuidplein (shopping mall and public transport) is nearby.
