About the place

Hi girls,

We are looking for a new housemate starting October 1st (moving in at the end of September is also possible in consultation!). The room is 9m² and furnished (single bed, wardrobe, nightstand, desk, desk chair).

We share the spacious living room (25m²), the bathroom (with washing machine), and the kitchen (with dishwasher). The apartment is located in Lage Land, a quiet neighborhood in Rotterdam-East, close to a bus station, supermarkets, Kralingse Bos, and Basic-Fit. There is free parking right in front of our door.

We are two women ourselves (26 & 25 years old). I work full-time as a consultant and I’m also the owner of the apartment. The other housemate is from Germany and works as a landscape architect. We enjoy chatting together in the living room or going for walks, but since we both have busy jobs, we also value peace and quiet. We are looking for a female housemate who also works, so no students. Our preference is for someone who wants to rent the room for at least one year.

We also find it very important to keep a clean house (no shoes indoors, weekly cleaning). The rent is €675 per month including utilities (excluding annual municipal/water board taxes).

	•	Wednesday, September 3
