About the place

Starting September 1st, 2025, a furnished room will become available for long-term rent in our apartment in the Karel Doorman building, located in the heart of Rotterdam!

The modern and spacious apartment is fully furnished and features two toilets, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge), and a washing machine & dryer. There's also a large balcony with stunning views (perks of being on the 10th floor :D). The room (7.5m2) comes equipped with a bed, mattress & wardrobe. 

The building also offers a rooftop garden and a gym, only accessible for the residents. The location is very central; Rotterdam Central Station is just a 10-12 minute walk, and Albert Heijn, Action, and MediaMarkt are all 2 minutes away. Jumbo and Dirk are within a walk of 10 minutes, and public transport (tram and subway) is right around the corner.

Unfortunately, due to the landlord's requirement, this room is available for a male tenant only. Registration is possible. You will be sharing the apartment with 2 guys (25 & 28), both working professionals. We’re looking for a clean and considerate roommate who values shared responsibilities. While we do have busy schedules during the week, we like to socialize from time to time (cooking together, watching a movie etc).
