Rent and costs:
	•	Rent: €1,250 per month
	•	Including: water, gas, electricity, internet, and furniture
	•	Deposit: €1,850
	•	First payment: 2 months upfront (1st month rent + deposit)
	•	Rent must be paid before the 1st of each month
