About the place

We are looking for 2 new roommates to join this 3 person appartment in Rotterdam center. 

Currently, there is 1 other girl who is going to stay here for her Master's in International Economics and working part-time. Lu is 23 years old and from Italy and she smokes lol. 

Lu is looking for a girl who is clean, chill, and enjoys spending time with their roommates. As 2 rooms are becoming free, we are also accepting friends who want to move in together.

The apartment is in a very central location (a 2-minute walk to Centraal and a 12-minute walk to Markthal). 


1st Room (12m2) is 856.80€ (the room with the heart pillow)
2nd Room (10m2) is 761.79€  
(rent including utilities). 
Deposit: 1 month rent

Requirements:
- Staying at least a year (contract requirement)
- Starting from mid-August.
