This is a cozy apartment with an enchanting view of the old harbor gigantic common areas! In those areas you will find a washing machine, kitchen, dishwasher, bathroom, separate toilet and two nice girls of 24 who are both studying in the erasmus medical center. With both Blaak and Beurs within walking distance you are quickly at the place you want to be, inside or outside Rotterdam.

The room itself is 12m2 and the rent includes everything. The sublet is from November to March 1 (exact dates flexible).
