About the place

Hi PhD/Master student (25+),

Soon, a room will become available on the Jufferkade in Rotterdam. You’ll be sharing the apartment with me, Daan (33 years old). At the end of August, I’ll be starting a new career as a primary school teacher through a lateral entry program. That’s why I’ve rented this beautiful apartment from a friend of mine. I just moved in myself. I’m looking for a housemate to share both the costs and a bit of company.

For me, home is a place to relax, so I’m looking for a calm and quiet housemate who enjoys the occasional chat or shared meal, but is also independent and respectful of each other’s space.

The apartment is in a super central location with a beautiful view. It’s within walking distance of Blaak station, the central library, and much more.

Available from September 1st, with viewings starting from August 24th, as I’ll be on holiday the next few weeks. So don’t be surprised if it takes me a few days to respond.

The rent is €800 per month, including district heating. The rental contract is for a maximum of two years, with a minimum stay of one year.
