About the place

Hi there!

We’re looking for a new housemate from the 1st of August to join our cozy home in Rotterdam West/Middelland. The room is available until the 1st of December.

We’re a group of six girls (aged 24–26), all either finishing our studies or just starting work. We love having dinner together with whoever’s home and enjoy doing fun things as a house! We’re looking for someone who enjoys doing their own thing but also wants to be nice group of friends.

The room is unfurnished, about 14m², and located on the second floor of the house. The rest of the house includes a spacious living room with a kitchen and two bathrooms.

Within 5–10 minutes, you can be in the city center or at Rotterdam Central Station. There’s a tram stop just 3 minutes away and a street full of supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés right around the corner.

The rent for the room is €647.73 per month excluding utilities. On top of that, there’s a monthly fee of €80 for gas/water/electricity and internet, bringing the total to €727.73 per month.
