We have 4 rooms available for temporary rental to students in Kralingen, Rotterdam. The house is currently completely empty and ready for 4 new residents moving in.

These rooms are suitable for students looking for temporary housing, for example during an internship, exchange period or other temporary stay in Rotterdam.

The house is located in the lovely neighborhood Kralingen. Walk to the end of the street and you are right at the Kralingse Plas. The university is a 15 minute bike ride away. Supermarkets and shops are close by, and public transport is right near the house, so you can be in the center of Rotterdam quickly.

The start date is negotiable. The rental period ends on July 31, 2026. An extension of up to 3 months can be discussed by mutual agreement.
