Room available for Subletting (F): mid july till end of augustus or september and mid july till end of february

In our house on the Zwart Janstraat two rooms will be available for subletting. We are a house with 5 girls in the hart of Rotterdam Noord. It is at walking distance to the station, a 15 min bike ride from the EUR, and we have a supermarket around the corner.  The house has been renovated, including a new kitchen. The first room is 9 m2 and 630€, second room is 13 m2 with a rent of 840€. Both rooms will be furnished. If you would like to sublet these rooms please send a message! 

The pictures of the room are made before/during the renovations, but the rooms will be finished when the room is available.
