About the place

Available from September 1st: a room for a quiet student.
The room is located in a beautiful townhouse near the Kralingse Plas, metro, Erasmus University, HES, and the center of Rotterdam.

On a spacious, extended attic floor, we rent out two separate bedrooms and a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom, which you share with another student. The other student will be moving out in September.

The rent is €525 per month, all inclusive.
A deposit of two months’ rent is required.
