About the place

Hello! My name is Bram. I'm looking for someone to sublet my room. It will be available from the 25th of October until the end of February, and is located on the 11th floor, in the city center of Rotterdam. The kitchen, toilet, bathroom, living room and balcony are shared with my housemate (33yo male). The photo is the view from the living room and balcony. A social, clean and calm working person would be preferred, queer friendly. The price is 850/month incl all, and I ask for one month rent as a deposit.
