In a nice environment I offer a cosy fully furnished room on the 3rd floor in my private house. Ideal for a young male professional or student.

Erasmus university is nearby, within 12 minutes by bike. Metro station 5 minuten walken.

Enjoy a comfortable stay with high speed internet. The room has a lock. The room is 12m2 large and is fully furnished with a spacious bed, closet, desk and chair.

You rent a room in a place where other people work. 
It is important that you as a tenant are neat, quiet, clean and that you comply with the house rules. It is not a student house where parties are organized. Your roommates are dedicated workers. There are some simple house rules, such as taken shoes off when entering, turning off lights when not in use, no smoking and no pets.
