Are you (M/F) looking for a room in a luxurious newly built 152 m² house with three other friendly guys aged between 23 and 30? Then this might be the perfect place for you!

We live with four people in total on Italiaansestraat in Oud-Mathenesse. The city center and Rotterdam Central Station are only a 15-minute bike ride away, and there’s a supermarket just a 5-minute walk from the house. The university can be reached within 25 minutes by public transport. You’ll be sharing the house with three other guys aged between 24 and 31. Our home has all modern conveniences, including a shared bathroom, 2 toilets, and a spacious living room.

We’re looking for a sociable and spontaneous guy or girl who enjoys having dinner together when possible and planning fun nights out. We often go to the gym and sometimes watch series or movies together. Of course, you’ll also have the space to do your own thing, and nothing is mandatory.
