Are you (M/F) looking for a furnished room in a luxurious 152m2 new-build house with three other friendly guys aged 24 to 31? Then this house is for you!

The four of us live on Italiaansestraat in Oud-Mathenesse. The city center & Rotterdam Central Station are a 15-minute bike ride away, with a supermarket a 5-minute walk away. The university can be reached within 25 minutes by public transport. 

You will be sharing the house with three other guys aged 24 to 31. Our house is fully equipped; it has a shared bathroom, 2 toilets, and a spacious living room. Your room is 17m2; everything in the photo, excluding the monitors, is available.

We are looking for a friendly and spontaneous guy or girl who enjoys eating together in the evenings when possible and occasionally going out together. 

Additionally, we're often at the gym and enjoy watching a series/movie together now and then. Of course, you'll also have space to do your own thing, and there are no obligations.
