Are you (M/F) looking for a room in a luxurious, newly built 152m² home with three other friendly guys between the ages of 24 and 30? Then this house might be perfect for you!

We live with four people on Italiaansestraat in Oud-Mathenesse. The city center & Rotterdam Central Station are just a 15-minute bike ride away, with a supermarket within a 5-minute walking distance. The university is reachable by public transport in 25 minutes. You will be sharing the house with three other guys aged 24 to 30. Our home is fully equipped, featuring a shared bathroom, two toilets, and a spacious living room. Your room is 17m².

We are looking for a sociable and spontaneous guy or girl who enjoys having dinner together when it works out and occasionally going out. We also go to the gym regularly and like to watch a series or movie together from time to time. Of course, you’ll also have your own space.
