Are you (M/F) looking for a room in a luxurious new-build house of 152m² with three friendly guys aged between 21 and 30? Then this house might be perfect for you!

We live with four people on Italiaansestraat in Oud-Mathenesse. The city center and Rotterdam Central Station are just a 15-minute bike ride away, and there's a supermarket within a 5-minute walk. The university is accessible by public transport in 25 minutes. You’ll be sharing the house with three other guys between the ages of 21 and 27. Our home is fully equipped, with a shared bathroom, two toilets, and a spacious living room.

We’re looking for a sociable and spontaneous guy or girl who enjoys having dinner together when it works out and occasionally going out as a group. We often hit the gym and enjoy watching a series or movie together from time to time. Of course, there’s plenty of space to do your own thing, and there are no obligations.
