About the place

From August 15th to December 31st, a beautiful, bright, and spacious room near Kralingse Plas will be available. The room was renovated three years ago and is strictly for single occupancy; overnight guests are (in principle) not permitted. You will share the room with another student. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with many students and families living there. Shops, the gym, and Kralingse Plas are a 2-minute walk away, and you can cycle to an organic supermarket, Aldi, and other shops within 4 minutes. The city center and university are 10 minutes away.

We are looking for a student who is tidy and responsible for the housing. If you are someone who wants peace and quiet to study and live in a friendly neighborhood, please let us know if you are interested.
