About the place

Hi everyone! I am looking for a girl to rent this room from the 1st of July 2024 until the end of June 2025. 

The apartment itself is located in Kralingen and has 3 bedrooms, so you will be living with 2 other girls.  
On the pictures, the last 3 pictures are the rooms of the other 2 girls, so you see what the rest of the apartment looks like. 

The room is 18m2 with a balcony - the rent price is €962 per month excluding water, gas, electricity, etc. The room is not furnished there are lamps and, there might be curtains. 

The location is perfect, very close to the supermarkets and the city centre of Rotterdam.
- 10-minute walk to RSM ( or 2 minutes by bike)
- 10-minute bike ride to the city center
- 10 minute bike ride to Kralingse bos

I am looking for a girl who is tidy and organized but also likes to have a drink with friends or have dinner with the other girls in the house.
