About the place

Bright, private room in a great location right on the edge of Middelland and Oude Westen.

The room is cozy at around 7m² (a king-size bed fits, just not much else), but you also get some extra space just outside the bedroom that's entirely your own — so you've got more breathing room than the room size alone suggests. The apartment itself is well equipped, with a washer and dryer, a balcony to enjoy your coffee on, a fridge and freezer, a combi-oven, and a dishwasher.

The apartment is a few minutes' walk from a Dirk and an Albert Heijn, so grocery runs are quick and easy, and Pathé Schouwburgplein is about 9 minutes away. The closest tram stops are a few minutes away (1,7,11). Rotterdam Centraal Station is roughly 10 minutes on foot, so trains and the metro are all right there whenever you need. And the city centre itself (Coolsingel, the shops, the restaurants) is about 12-15 minutes away by foot, or just a few minutes by bike. Nieuwe Binnenweg with its bars and restaurants is close by too.

You'd be sharing the apartment with another girl and a cat. We're looking for someone well organised, cleanly and respectful.
