Rental process
After you register via the listing, you will receive an onboarding form. Based on the information received, we will make an initial selection of interested candidates. Selected candidates will be invited for a viewing.

After the viewing, we will carry out a credit check and assess the documents provided. In addition, if applicable, the mandatory housing permit will be applied for with the municipality of Rotterdam.
