The neighborhood
The apartment is located in a very nice, strategic and central part of Rotterdam. 
It's in front of the central station (4 minutes on walk), so it's perfect for students and young professionals.
Nearby the house, you can find many restaurants, bars, cinemas and pubs but also grocery shops and supermarkets (such as ALDI) for your daily needs. 

The house, that will be shared by 5 people, is composed of:
- a very well equipped kitchen
- 5 single rooms
- bathrooms (3 showers, 2 toilettes)

In the room there are a single bed, a desk, a chair, a bedside table with a little lamp and a lot of closets.
