About the place

Hi! I’m looking for a female roommate to sublet a room in my apartment near Zuidplein. The apartment is a 7-minute walk from Zuidplein metro station and is very well connected to both Rotterdam city center and the south of the city. The sublet is from March 1st to September 1st, 2026.

Location: Zuidplein, located near zuidplein mall, metro station & bus station, only a 3 minute walk from zuiderpark

Room size: 7.5 m² (looks bigger in person)

Furnished with a desk and chair, closet, and nightstand

The room currently does not have a bed; I can arrange a twin bed before arrival or you can bring your own

Large shared living space

Rent: €530 per month, all inclusive (utilities included)

Viewings possible both online and in person

You would be living with me: (23 year old woman from Curacao, recent graduate, currently working part-time, I love to travel, eat, and pole dance) and my sweetie cat.
