About the place

Due to the departure of one of the three housemates, a new room will become available at Heiman Dullaertplein in Rotterdam. The apartment is located in a complex for students and young professionals, with many facilities.

Indefinite rental period. Registration is possible.

The apartment has an area of 130 m². In addition to a spacious living room, modern toilet and bathroom, and three bedrooms, there is about 30 m² of storage space, partly located on the first floor. The room itself is about 8 m². Besides the room, various closets in the storage areas can also be used.

A parking space in the underground garage can also be rented for an additional fee.

The apartment is located just a 3-minute bike ride from both Het Park and historic Delfshaven, and about 10 minutes by bike from the city center.

Your future housemates will be Martin (24) and Roeland (23). Martin is currently doing his Master’s in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence Technology in Delft and also works as a software developer at an IT company in Rotterdam. He is also active in a student tennis association. Roeland is doing his Master’s in Finance in Tilburg and plays volleyball (at Erasmus Volley) and football (at HOV).

Since we’re both busy but also social, we’re looking for a male housemate who is both active and friendly. We also enjoy having dinner together when we have the time.

The rental start date is November 1. On October 21, we will hold a viewing with all potential tenants so that everyone can see the room and we can get to know you.
