Hi all,

Katharina (24) and I (James, 26) are looking for a new housemate as of the 1st of June. We are both working full time, Katharina in Utrecht and myself near Rotterdam. 

We live in a really great apartment on the second floor on the beautiful Heemraadssingel. Super nice and close to the centre and really amazing during the summer. 

Katharina comes from Germany and myself from South Africa. We are open to anyone from anywhere, but preferably around the same age and working.. 

We like to do things together with all of our friends and often go out to the city for dinner or drinks. 

The room comes with a bed and a closet. The house has a really nice big living room and a nice balcony for the summer, the bathroom is very spacious and has a separate toilet. The rest of the house also comes completely furnished.
