As of September 1st, a room will become available in our apartment, and we’re curious if you might be interested!

Desired Tenant
We’re looking for a male Master’s student for the academic year 2025–2026. Before signing the rental contract, proof of enrollment in a Master’s program must be provided.

Apartment / Room
The apartment (2nd floor with elevator) is furnished and consists of two bedrooms, one toilet, a bathroom with a second toilet, a living room with open kitchen (including dishwasher – 46 m²), and a south-facing balcony (10 m²). There is also a storage closet.
The available room is 8 m² (3m x 2.8m). The other room is currently rented by a 28-year-old male.

Location
The apartment is located on the Haringvliet, close to the Oude Haven/Cube Houses/Blaak and Oostplein (metro stop). Nearby supermarkets include Albert Heijn, with Lidl and Dirk also within walking distance. The area has lots of great restaurants and shops.

Contract
The base rent is € 700 per month. Utilities and service costs (e.g. for elevator/gallery maintenance) are € 150 per month. A temporary rental contract will be offered from September 1, 2025, to September 1, 2026.
A deposit of three months’ rent (€ 2,100) is required before the start of the rental period.

House Rules
The tenant is expected to adhere to the homeowners' association (VVE) rules. Smoking, drug use, and pets are not allowed in the apartment.
