STUDIO FOR RENT ROTTERDAM ( for international students )

The (private) studio is inside an apartment, where I am the only resident.
Size is appr 20m2, and fully furnished and equipped. 
You just need to bring your study books and clothes ;)
Kitchen, refrigerator, shower + toilet, bathroom sink, bedroom area, lounge couch, diner table.
(use of a laundry machine or vacuum cleaner is available)
The studio has a 6m balcony with lovely plants.

Location is in the Rotterdam West area, street: Grote Visserijstraat.
10 min to the centre of the city by tram (1 min walk) or by metro (5 min walk). 
Rate: 800,- /month all inclusive. 

I own a cat, so best if you have no cat allergy. When I'm away for multiple days, then would be nice if you can give her some attention. (no need to keep the cat in your studio 24/7)
