About the place

Good news: In the beautiful Groenendaal near Blaak a room is available immediately! The rental period is flexible (1-5 months, immediately / 1 June).

About the house:
- rental price 850€ all incl, deposit 425€
- registration is possible if you stay for 4 months or longer
- your room (15 m2) is fully furnished, but if you want to bring things, we can arrange things with the attic 

- in addition there is a living room, kitchen incl dishwasher + laundry machine, guest/study room, bathroom incl shower + bath (yay!), separate toilet, balcony, private attic for storage
- 5th floor, elevator available
- Blaak station within walking distance (<5 min)
- Oude Haven within walking distance (<5 min)
- Kralingse Plas within cycling distance (10 min)
- nice neighborhood, many nice bars/shops

I am looking for someone who:
- likes to eat together / have a drink every now and then
- is clean and keeps the apartment as tidy as I do (the photos give a realistic picture of what it actually usually looks like)

About myself:
- I am 29 years old, German (but speak fluent Dutch) and work at the Erasmus MC as a PhD candidate
- I travel a lot and am therefore often not home, especially on weekends
- when I am there, my boyfriend (Dutch) often comes to visit for several days because he lives in another city, he also likes to come doing things together
