About the place

Hi y'all! The furnished student room you see in the photos and video is available starting June 1st in our apartment in south Rotterdam. We are 3 male master students from Italy and Greece and we live here since last October, but one is dropping out of his master after a year and leaving his room up for grabs. 

The room is available from June 1st until August 31st 2026 (when our contract runs out). So ideally we're looking for someone who is certain to be here in Rotterdam for a year, for example a third year bachelor student or someone doing a 1 year master next academic year. Or someone finishing a 2 year master - anyway someone who will study in Rotterdam next academic year. Someone ideally around 22-26 years old, who is open to getting the most out of our house, bring friends over, cook some tasty grub, grab some drinks and so on.

The apartment is on the second and third floor, there are a basic but spacious living room and kitchen, two toilets (a rarity in NL) and a laundry room with washer+dryer.
The room is on the third floor, about 13 square meters and 2 huge closets, it's fairly quiet and the insulation was just redone so it stays nice and warm in the winter.

Rent: 2067 (689 each) + 140 gas/electricity per month / IMPORTANT NOTE:one of us pays the full rent and utilities every 3 months or 4 times a year as the landlord does not accept split payments unfortunately.

Location: Feyenoord, close to de Kuip, tram/bus stop Sandelingplein. Really nice lively and diverse neighborhood, tons of restaurants, stores and parks, and obviously the best Dutch football team. 15' by bus to the Erasmus University on weekdays 7-19, otherwise 30-40' by tram, 20' by bike+ferry, 25+ by bike. 10' by bike or 15' by tram to center (Beurs), and a 15'-20' walk or 5' cycle to Maashaven/Zuidplein metro.
