About the place

We are offering an opportunity to sublet this unfurnished room, located on Graaf Balderikstraat, in the heart of Rotterdam. This opportunity is valid from May 1, 2025, to July 1, 2025, and provides a pleasant, quiet living experience in the city center. 10 minutes walking distance from Central Station and Blaak Station.

🏠 The Accommodation:
The room is unfurnished. The furniture in the picture will not be available during the sublet period. This spacious house is equipped with various amenities: you will have a complete kitchen, a comfortable living area, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a balcony. All of this will be shared with three other male housemates, each actively engaged in their own lives, work, and sports (running, cycling, gym). We enjoy cooking and eating together.

💼 The Suitable Candidate:
We are looking for a young professional or someone in the final stages of their studies (final stage of bachelor’s or master’s programs).

📅 Duration
The subletting opportunity lasts for two months. Extension is not possible. 

Costs are including gas/water/electricrity, internet and cleaner costs of shared areas.
