About the place

Sublet available from mid June until end of August in Niewe Binnenweg. Room comes with a bed, desk, chair and shelves, so no need for extra forniture on your side. Might not be a long term stay, but a great temporary solution while looking for a longer solution. 

The house is shared with Leo (25) and Paloma (23). We enjoy spending time together, listening to music or watching a movie, but we also value our private time, so we don't really have any expectations from you! 

Rent includes gas and energy as well, so no additional expenses are expected.
