The flat is located in a quiet location and it is 5 mins by walking from the bus station.

Preferred renting out to someone who doesn't need registration. 

The metro is 15 mins away by walking from the flat or 10 mins by bus.
There is a AH and Jumbo supermarket are nearby and are a 5 minute bike from the flat.
The flat is spacious, at 90m^2, the room itself is 9m^2. The property is enlightened by sun and well equipped. The walls are well isolated from any sound.
The flat also includes a backyard that is taken care of by a gardener.

Other things to note:
- Smoking inside the apartment would not be tolerated.
- No pets are allowed.
- For you to stay here it is suggested that you stay at least at the end of August. You can extend the contract afterwards, but if you were to leave earlier you'd have to find a new tenant to replace you.
