About the place

We have a big, 23 m2 just renovated room available for rent, which has its own fridge and a beautiful view to water. You share the shower, kitchen and separate toilet with one other person in the apartment. There is no living room, and no possibility for washing machine and dishwasher. No pets allowed. There is a steep staircase, so only people should apply who can handle it, see photos.
We rent the room for long term, minimum 6 months. Registration possible. Rent is 800 EUR / month incl. gas, water, electricity, internet and taxes. Deposit is 1 month of rent.
The room is well connected to public transport. Supermarket is on the corner. Rotterdam Central Station is 10 min by bike.
